Neal brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate to her position as Vice President of Acquisitions for KC Venture Group. Having joined the firm in 2016, she specializes in real estate transactions and asset management, having purchased nearly a Billion in multifamily and retail assets for several private equity firms over her career. She has overseen the financial performance of several large multifamily portfolios for clients and in-house accounts to ensure value appreciation and maximization of operational performance. She has deep knowledge of Texas and Midwest markets, along with Arizona and Florida.
She is an expert in improving property performance, risk management, as well as, purchasing opportunist real estate investments. Neal earned a Master’s Degree from the UCLA School of Architecture and Urban Planning; she holds a real estate license, and she is a Certified Property Manager (CPM). .
